Visa to Vietnam

Visa is required for all Danish citizens when entering Vietnam if the stay is more than 15 days.

Tourist Visa

To apply for a tourist visa, The following documents are required:

• Your original passport  (Passport must be valid for at least 6 months after departure from Vietnam).
  
• A passport photo in color with light background (size 3.5cm x 4.5cm).
• A copy of the flight ticket.
• Hotel reservation or an invitation letter if you will stay at a private place.
• The completed visa form.

Business Visa

The following documents are required for application:

• Your original passport - Passport must be valid for at least 6 months after departure from Vietnam.)
  
• A passport photo in color with light background (size 3.5cm x 4.5cm).
  
• A letter of invitation from a specific company you will visit in Vietnam.

• A letter of guarantee from your recent company in Denmark.

• A copy of your flight ticket.
  
• The completed visa application form.

Normal processing time is 5 working days: DKK 990,-

Express processing time is 1-2 working days: DKK 1350,-

Please note: There are new visa rules to Vietnam during the covid-19. It is no longer visa-free for stays under 15 days. However, you can apply for an E-visa (Loose-Leaf Visa). Contact us for further info. on visas to Vietnam.
