Visa to Russia

Visa is required for all Danish citizens when entering Russia.

CTHI offers a professional visa service for you, who need a visa to Russia.

To apply for the visa, you must meet in person at the Russian visa office in Copenhagen to submit fingerprints. We help with your application and make an appointment for the meeting.  so you can avoid unnecessary waiting time and hassle.

There are 4 types of Russian visas:

• Tourist visa
• Business visa
• E-visa
• Transit visa

The following documents are required for visa application:

• Your original passport and a passport copy (the passport must be valid for at least 6 months after the date of departure from Russia.)
• Passport picture in color with light background (3.5cm x4.5cm)
• A letter of invitation from a specific company in Russia for a business visa, or a tourist voucher from a tour operator/hotel in Russia for a tourist visa.
• Travel insurance certificate which shows you have insurance coverage in Russia.
• The completed visa application form.

E-visa to Russia

An E-visa is only valid for travel to Skt. Petersburg or Kaliningrad. The E-visa is valid for a maximum of 8 days and you must apply for a visa no later than one week before departure.

The following documents are required for E-visa:

• The completed visa form.
• Digital passport photo in color with light background in size:3,5cm x4,5cm.
• Passport copy (Passport must be valid for at least 6 months after the date of departure from Russia).
• Travel insurance, which covers your period of stay in Russia.
• Copy of flight ticket.
• Hotel reservation.

Normal processing time is 10 working days: DKK 1190,-

Express processing time is 4-5 working days: DKK 1950,-

The fee for E-visa: DKK 550,-
